1. Product Evaluations & Waitlists

Submission of inquiry or waitlist requests does not constitute a binding commercial agreement. Pilot agreements for enterprise engines are governed by executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work.

Lexcript provides document intelligence and semantic search; it does not constitute legal representation or legal advice. Ledics assists in ledger categorization; it does not provide CPA representation or statutory accounting certification.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
